The Latilla:
serves breakfast and dinner daily. The food is fresh--as the culinary team buys from local farmers preparing American regional cuisine from products indigenous to the area. This elegant dining room is surrounded by windows and located at the base of the boulders so every seat has a great view. Reservations are recommended for dinner, however, we do not take reservations for breakfast. Sunday brunch is available from mid November thru Mother's Day 11:00am - 2:00pm.

Palo Verde:
The Palo Verde is our southwestern restaurant serving lunch and dinner. The cuisine is indigenous to the area as our chef prepares entr??es with, chilis, fresh herbs, even juice from cactus. A beauiful exhibition kitchen allows you to watch as the chef's prepares your meal. The attire is resort casual, no shorts please. Hours: Lunch 11 am - 2:30 pm and Dinner 6 pm-9:30 pm.

The Club Restaurant:
The Club Restaurant located at the Country Club features an open kitchen specializing in hickory grilled steaks, chops and seafood. Don't miss the views at this establishment, the patio overlooks both 18 holes of The Boulders scenic golf courses - perfect place for a drink with friends after a round of golf or a romantic dinner for two. The club is private and is open to the resort guests and members for a continental breakfast, full lunch and dinner. The attire is resort casual, no denim or shorts please. The Cantina del Pedregal:
The Cantina del Pedregal is a colorful, lively restaurant and bar serving simple yet inspired Mexican food; their homemade salsa and fresh squeezed margaritas are the best in town! The Cantina is open for lunch and dinner. Lunch 11:30-3 Appetizers 3-5pm Dinner 5-10pm

The Bakery Cafe:
The Bakery Cafe is a sunny, cheerful cafe featuring rotisserie chicken, salads and sandwiches on freshly baked breads and delicious deserts! The Bakery Cafe is located in el Pedregal's festival marketplace and open for breakfast and lunch.

Bogey's:
Bogey's located at the country club offers light fare - sandwiches and salads. Bogey's has a cozy sports bar feel with a fireplace and elevated TV's to view sporting events.

Pool Pavillion:
Breakfast, lunch, appetizers and cocktails are served poolside while enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi.

Spa:
The emphasis is on a natural approach to fitness, reflected in the Spa's recreational activities, workout classes and individual pampering ranging from massage to facial to body treatments. Try a true specialty of The Boulders, the Hot Rock Massage. A perfect combiniation of heat and gental pressure by use of rocks brings relief to tense muscles and sore joints.

Tennis:
The Tennis Garden features eight plexi-cushioned courts, partially sunken to provide better viewing for players and spectators. Fully stocked pro shop offers Boulders tennis wear as well as a wide selection of logo active wear and the professional staff can provide assistance with private lessons, clinics, racquet rentals, the ball machine, stringing (24 hour service) and regripping, or simply finding you an opponent.

Pools:
- The resort pool is nestled between the Main Lodge and boulder piles with a running waterfall. An outdoor hot tub, towel service and food & beverage service is available.
- The pool at our Country Club offers lap swimming, water aerobics and relaxed swimming. A hot tub and towel service is also available.

The Borgata - Shopping:
Unique up-scale boutiques, fountains, outdoor cafes, surrounded by cobblestone walkways in a castle-like, old Italian village setting, 30 minutes from the resort.

Premier shopping and entertainment. More than 165 retailers including Nordstrom, Dillards, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, The Museum Shop, ecclectic dining and movie theaters.

Fifth Avenue Shops & Galleries:
Traditional western painting, leatherwork and bronze sculptures, metal jewelry and wild textiles is just a glimpse of what the galleries have to offer. Plan on spending quite a bit of time going through the Southwestern shops and galleries of "old Scottsdale".

Rawhide Western Town:
Western Town & Steakhouse provides you with a glimpse of life in an 1880's western town. Main Street is lined with over 20 shops including a general store, a working blacksmith, an old-fashioned photo studio and a western clothing store. Attractions include cowboy shootouts and stunt shows, stagecoach rides, petting ranch, gold panning, Old West museum, shooting gallery and train, burros and camel rides. 10 minutes South of The Boulders.

Geology Walk:
An hour long walking adventure up and into "the boulder pile" our professional geologist explains what went into making these surrealistic and nature made rocks, as well as other fascinating geology of the area. This walk is complimentary, the times vary with the season, please contact the concierge for exact meeting time. The attraction is on The Boulders property.

Stargazing:
View the stars through a high powered telescope and learn about the constellations with an expert astronomer during Oct-May. Sign up with the on-property concierge.

Desert Nature Walk:
Learn the delights and dangers of the Sonoran Desert during an informal and interesting walk with staff horticulturist Jeff Hayes.

Taliesin West:
The Western Campus of Frank Lloyd Wright's School of Architecture. A 30 minute drive from the resort.

Fleisher Museum:
The only museum dedicated to American Impressionism. A 20 minute drive from the resort.

Heard Museum North:
A private, non-profit museum promoting an appreciation and respect for native people and their culture. The North location is located at el Pedregal festival marketplace which is on property at The Boulders, the exhibits travel so come back each year to see and learn more about the Native American culture. This location has a video viewing area as well, as the gallery.

el Pedregal - on property boutique shopping:
Boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and the home of the Heard Museum North. Outdoor shopping...outdoor concert series on Thursday evenings from April - July and again starting in September.
