Property Condition: As of January 1, 2002 the resort has a $12.00 per day resort fee charged per guest room. This fee includes gratuities for the bellman at check-in/out, USA Today paper Monday through Friday, in-room coffee, valet and resort parking, unlimited use of the health and locker room facilities, bicycles, basketball facilities, croquet and putting green.
