VIP Suites:  The six VIP Suites are on the 7th and 8th floors. A hospitality space accommodates up to 20 for a reception. Features include a queen sofa bed with a king or two double beds and a FAX machine. Connecting rooms are available. The dining room has seating for 10, a wet bar and full bath. All VIP Suites have magnificent views of the San Francisco bay.
Hospitality/Conference Suites:  There are 16 Hospitality/Conference Suites located on the 2nd floor. These suites accommodate a reception for 20 or a small meeting for 8. The living area has a dining table with seating for six, a wet bar and full bath. Connecting guest rooms are available with king or two double beds.
Deluxe Suites:  The four Deluxe Suites are located on the 9th floor, the Regency Club?? level, with panoramic views of the San Francisco bay. These suites feature a living area, den, dining table, wet bar, FAX machine, stereo system, king bed, jacuzzi bathtub, oversized shower and dressing area. Connecting guest rooms are furnished with two double beds. Deluxe Suite guests have Regency Club?? privileges.
Business Plan:  Hyatt Business Plan?? rooms are available for just $20 above the room rate. Features include an in-room FAX machine, iron & board, coffee maker, daily newspaper delivery, 24-hour access to a compatible printer, photocopier and office supplies. Complimentary access to local, credit card and 800 number telephone calls.
