Each one of our 99 studio suites is classically styled in decor and designed to assure that you have the most comfortable and productive stay while you are our guest. Each suite offers a kitchenette - a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and wet bar.

To get you started, we provide a coffee maker and all the supplies. Coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, you name it, we thought of it! But don't forget, every Saturday and Sunday morning, Lincoln Suites also provides a FREE continental breakfast for all of our guests.

We also provide a hair dryer, iron and ironing board - full size - in all of our guest rooms. We make it easy for you to look your best, without needing to over-pack!

Each of our guest rooms offers brand new 25 inch televisions with remote controls, pay per view movies - and for the kids (or the kid in you!) Nintendo pay per play games!
