Location:  We are located in the historic Foggy Bottom area of Washington. Situated on the edge of Georgetown, nine blocks away from the White House and three blocks away from the Foggy Bottom/George Washington University and the Metro.

Area Airports:  Reagan National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI).
Directions from Reagan National Airport (DCA):  Exit the airport terminal and head north on the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Take exit 11 Memorial Bridge - 395 north follow the signs for the 14th street, route 1. once in the city, stay on the 14th street for 12 blocks until you come to Thomas Circle. Stay to the outside of the circle and go 3/4 the way around and make a right onto M Street. Stay on the M Street for 9 blocks and make a left onto 25th Street. The hotel is one block up on the corner of 25th and Pennsylvania Avenue. Travel time rush hour - 25-35 min./ non-rush hour 15-20 min.
Directions from Dulles International Airport (IAD):  Take the Dulles access and toll road. Note - it only travels in one direction. Remain on the toll road for approximately 20 miles until it merges with route 66 east. Stay on route 66 east until it crosses The Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge into D.C. as soon as you cross over the bridge, 66 becomes Constitution Avenue. At the second light make a left onto 22 Street. At the T make a left onto C Street. At the first light make a right onto 23 Street. Take 23 Street to the circle. Go 3/4 around the circle and make a right onto Pennsylvania Avenue. The hotel is 2 blocks down on the left side. Travel time - rush hour 50-60 min/non-rush hour 35-45 min.
Directions from BWI Airport:  Exit the airport terminal and head west on 195. Take the exit for 295 South Baltimore Washington Parkway. Remain on the BW Parkway for 18 miles. The right two lanes of the Parkway will become 50 West New York Avenue, take these lanes. Remain on New York Avenue for 6.5 miles. Do not make any sharp turns off of New York Avenue. New York Avenue will become Massachusetts Avenue. Stay on Massachusetts Avenue for five blocks. Go through 13th Street and immediately yield all the way to your right. This will put you on top of Thomas Circle. Go 1/2 way around the circle and make a right onto M Street. Stay on M Street for 9 blocks and make a left onto 25th Street. The hotel is one block up on the corner of 25th and Pennsylvania Avenue. Travel time - rush hour 50-60 min/non rush hour 35-45 min.
