Description:  A 456 room resort with 18 stories. To maximize room views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, a high rise tower has been designed. A Caribbean resort character has been incorporated with this tower by surrounding the high rise with one and two story structures. Each room will have a balcony. The resort will have approximately 29,000 sq feet of meeting and banquet space, 2 restaurants with 3 interior bar areas and a poolside bar. The 19,000 sq. ft. Spa and Health Club is designed to serve the hotel and guests and the local community. The resort will also include large architectural pools and water features and a children's lagoon with an extensive waterslide.
