Directions from Southwest Florida International Airport:  From the Southwest Florida International Airport you will be on Chamberlin Parkway. Continue on Chamberlin 3.3 miles. As you pass under I-75 overpass, Chamberlin Parkway becomes Daniel's Parkway. Continue on Daniel's Parkway, cross over US Hwy 41. Daniel's Parkway becomes Cypress Lake Drive once you have crossed over US Hwy 41. Proceed on Cypress Lake Drive to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway ($3 bridge toll). Cross over the causeway to the stop sign and turn right onto Periwinkle Way. Proceed to the end, and at the stop sign turn right onto Tarpon Bay Road. Then go to the very next stop sign and turn left on Sanibel/Captiva Road. Stay on this road approximately 20 miles to the entrance to South Seas Plantation.
