Non Smoke 2 dbl beds:  Oceanfront with private balcony, full kitchen including microwave and all kitchen utensils. After complete renovation Feb 2000 building opened up as first all non smoking hotel in Florida. Entire building form Lobby, Hallways, Rooms, Balconies, and Pool deck is all non smoking. This room type is directly oceanfront.
Non Smoke 2 rm suite:  Non Smoking 2 Bedroom Suite with 2 full baths 2 extra long dbl beds 1st br, 1 king in 2nd, This unit is a riverview sunset suite, It is not Oceanfront. Has 2 balconies overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Has full kitchen with microwave and all cooking utensils. Has 2 full baths

Stay on SR 421 for 5 miles till it ends at Atlantic Ave A1A. Turn left on to Atlantic Ave A1A. Beachside Motel is on the right side (oceanside) of Atlantic Ave (A1A)in just 1/4 of a mile.
