Greetings from the Chef:  Hello and welcome to the Lago Mar Resort Hotel & Club's Culinary Department. My name is David Fulcher, Executive Chef at Lago Mar. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Degree in Culinary Art, and have been dedicated to quality food service since age 12. After having traveled the length and breadth of this great country to explore different cultural and ethnic cuisines, I have chosen South Florida as my home. Our South Floridian tropically-themed Caribbean features, which use only the freshest natural ingredients (many grown in our very own herb garden) are a mainstay at the hotel.
