Description:  Anderson Estate is on the windward (east) side of the Garden Island, the island of Kauai, Hawaii in the Kapaa Homesteads, just minutes from the Kapaa Beach, restaurants and shopping. A lovely home with a large heated swimming pool situated on tow acres with gardens and fruit trees. A hot buffet breakfast is served daily on the lanai overlooking the swimming pool. Each guest room has a private bath, king bed and 25inch TV with video player. A large video library is provided for our guests. Relax around the swimming pool, the large living room or on the grounds. Family owned and operated. Experience real Hawaiian Country living, wake with the chickens.
King Room:  King bed with Private Bathroom Ceiling Fans - TV - Video Player Estate room with a king bed with pillow top mattress, down comforter and down pillows. It has a 25” TV with VCR. A buffet breakfast is served on the lawn overlooking the large heated swimming pool. Each room has a private bath. Maid service is provided daily. Room has a ceiling fan. Beach towels beach mats and coolers are available for our guests. A welcome basket is presented at arrival.
One Bedroom Apt:  Deluxe One Bedroom Apt With A King Bed Full Kitchen-Microwave-Dining Area-Sofabed A one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, dining and living room area. Linens and towels are included for four people. King Bed in bedroom and a sofa bed with innerspring mattress in the living room area. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. The apartment has a private patio. A twenty-inch cable television in living room area. Swimming pool privileges.
Two Bedroom Apt:  Two Bedroom Apt With 1 King and 1 Double Bed Dining Room-Sofabed-Microwave-TV A two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor with full kitchen, dining and living room area. A king bed and a double bed are in separate bedrooms and a sofa bed with innerspring mattress in the living room. Linens and towels are included for six people. Directions :  From Lihue Airport (LIH)- After leaving the airport, turn right at the first signal onto Kapule Hwy 51 which will join Kuhio Hwy 56. You will drive 8 miles through the town of Kapaa to Kawaihau Road. You will pass the Kapaa Chowder House restaurant before turning onto Kawaihau Road. Kawaihau Road will be the second very quick road to the left after passing the restaurant.
