Opened in September 1999, the hotel is located conveniently for Asbury College, Asbury Seminary, Nicholasville businesses and downtown Lexington. There are 60 rooms on three floors with internal corridors and elevator. A heated indoor swimming pool and a fitness center are co-located on the ground floor. For the corporate traveller, a Business Center is available with free internet access and photocopying facility, and there are also meeting facilities available.
