Description:  Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to make you feel at home for a day, a week, a month or more. Our suites give you fifty percent more space than a traditional hotel room. The Residence Inn Kansas City-Union Hill is located two miles south of downtown and three miles north of the Country Club Plaza. Studios are large open rooms with one or two queen bed, full bath and furnished living area. Some studios with one bed have a fireplace and/or sofa bed in living area and all studios with two beds have a fireplace. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one queen Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living area with fireplace on the main level. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with icemaker and microwave. A complimentary breakfast buffet is offered daily in the Gatehouse featuring Belgian waffles, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, yogurt and local specials.
