Executive Suite:  This is a one room suite, perfect for the person that would like to entertain some friends or conduct interviews or have a small meeting. The suite features a coffeemaker, refrigerator, a dining table and 4 soft chairs, large living room with chairs, sofa sleeper and cable TV with HBO. The king size bedroom also has AM/FM radio with alarm clock, two telephone lines with voicemail and dataport. Besides the very nice private bathroom with two vanities, this room features a 2 person whirlpool tub as well, for those intimate meetings. This suite is great for the person that will be here for an extended stay and would like some extra room.

Directions from Interstate 80:  Take exit 397 (Highway 77 South). Travel on Hwy. 77 (the bypass, around the outskirts of downtown Lincoln and the most direct way to our property), for approximently 5 miles. Turn left onto L55W (Link 55W), Ramada is approximently one mile to the north, on the right hand side of 55W.
Directions from Nebraska City/I-29:  Take Nebraska Highway 2 west to Lincoln. Stay on Highway 2 to 14th Street. Turn left on south 14th Street, Ramada is 3 blocks down on left hand side of the street.
Directions from Lincoln Municipal Airport:  From airport parking, turn right at the traffic light, onto NW 12th Street. Travel on NW 12th to the 9th Street downtown exit. You will travel on I-180 into downtown Lincoln, at which time the street will change into 9th Street. Continue on 9th Street through downtown and for approximently three more miles. You will turn right on South 14th Street, also marked as L55W. The Ramada Limited is located three blocks south, on the left hand side of the road.
Directions from Beatrice/Hwy 77:  Continue on Highway 77, until exit to right for Link 55W. Ramada Limited approximently one mile north, on right hand side of 55W.
Directions from North:  Take I-80 to exit 401 (Downtown), then take I-180 South through downtown Lincoln, continue South on 9th St for approximately 3 miles. Turn right on 55W Link (South 14th St) then go about 3 blocks and turn left at Center Park Rd.
