Description:
Awarded best B&B/small property by the New Mexico Hotel & Motel Assoc., Bottger-Koch Mansion, built in 1912, is the only lodging in Old Town Proper, the biggest historic attraction in Albuquerque. With its shaded grass and garden courtyard, it is visible from the plaza at the quiet south end of San Felipe Street, and sequestered by a privacy wall. Experience victorian elegance in the midst of the classic pueblo and Spanish colonial architecture of Old Town. Feel the serenity of years past. There are 8 guest rooms, each with a private bath, lighted ceiling fan, night table, lamps, comfortable chairs, and a table. A full breakfast is served each morning in the glassed-in veranda or outdoor courtyard. Hot and cold beverages are available all day, as well as evening snacks. Afternoon tea is offered on Thursdays to guests and general public, as well as mystery weekends. There is a comfortable parlor area for guests to relax in. Smoking is not allowed indoors and is designated to the patio area only. Come and enjoy a piece of New Mexico's history at the Bottger-Koch Mansion.

An adjoining sun room has a privacy curtain, twin beds, tea table, and windows overlooking the courtyard. Private bath includes a glass-enclosed marble shower and pedestal sink.
