Description:  Built in 1897, the Grand Royale Villager Premier was originally used as Binghamton City Hall. It became a hotel in 1983, and was 100% renovated in 1999. This lovely facility features a 24-hour business center, complete with PC, laser printer, fax, copier, TV and comfortable seating. The lounge is open nightly with seating up to 25. The breakfast room boasts a 30-ft high, carved granite ceiling and accommodates 50 people. Every floor is uniquely designed and lined with portraits of former mayors and scenes of Binghamton from the early 1900's. The rooms are handsomely appointed and feature new 25" TVs, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, all new furnishings, carpet and bedding.
