Crown Point B&B is a 111- year-old, 10,000 square-foot victorian Queen Anne, ten-color 'painted lady' manor house on 5 1/2 acres in the heart of the Champlain Valley in New York State, on the Vermont border. Complete with bi-level barn, carriage house and pump/well house. Five 'romantic' bed chambers distinctly decorated with their own ambience and private baths. Oak-panelled dining room, three parlors, four carved stone fireplaces. The house glows with woodwork panels and pocket doors of eight varieties of wood. Leaded and stained glass windows as well as plate glass windows. The Adenandock Game Room (a recent addition) is reminiscent of the great camps of the Adenandock Region. Outside there are three porches and a fountain amidst blooming gardens.

Garden Room - Double Bed Romantic Decor-Desk-Rocker-Private Bath Garden Room - Peonies and dogwood adorn this romantic room with an oak double bed, marble-topped English sideboard, roll-top desk and cherry rocker. An oak dresser, ladies writing desk, and velvet chair complete the furnishings. This non-smoking room offers an alarm clock, and private attached bath with hair dryer, pedistal sink and tub/shower.

Trellis Room - 2 Twin Beds Artful Decor-Alarm Clock-Private Bath Trellis Room - Small bed chamber with white metal and brass daybed with pop-up, antique oak washstand and velvet chair and table. The hydrangea motif is carried over to the attached bath with pedestal sink, neo-angle shower and artist-painted Chinese pagoda medicine chest.

Rose Room - Double Bed Antique Decor-Private Detached Bath Rose Room - A bright, airy room furnished with a rose entwind antique oak highback double bed, oak serpentine dresser, larkin desk and love seat. Carved oak t-back chairs sit in the bay alcove aside a ceramic table lamp created by a renowned Cape Cod artist. This non-smoking room offers a private unattached bath with hair dryer and tub and shower.

Master Suite - Double and Twin Beds Sitting Room-Master Bedroom-Whirlpool Tub Master Suite - This oversized suite offers a wicker furnished sitting room with desk, a master bedroom with one-of-a-kind highback walnut double bed, marble-topped dresser and washstand and a children's room with twin brass and metal daybeds and oak rocker. The private unattached master bath is equipped with a whilrpool tub/shower surounded by imported English tile, a pull-chain toilet and washstand reminiscent of yesteryear.
