The Residence Inn Charlotte North is located 1/2 mile from University Place, two miles from the IBM plant and three miles from Verizon Amphitheatre (formely Blockbuster Pavilion). Downtown Charlotte is eight miles south of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with either one queen bed or two queen beds, full bath and furnished living/dining area. Fifty percent of studios with one bed also have a sofa bed. Two bedroom suites have one queen bed in a sleeping area open to a furnished living room and one queen bed in a separate bedroom plus two full baths and a dining area in the living room. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. / A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles and yogurt.
