Description:  Residence Inn by Marriott is designed to make you feel at home for a day, a week, a month or more. Our suites give you fifty percent more space than a traditional hotel room. The Residence Inn Portland South is located in the suburb of Lake Oswego just two tenths mile from Farmers Insurance, Nortel Networks and the Lake Oswego Mormon Temple. Downtown Portland is eight miles north of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with fireplace and sofa bed. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one king bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed on the main level instead of a Murphy bed and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Studios have a cooktop stove, penthouse suites have a cooktop stove and oven. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily featuring breads and pastries, cereals and hot oatmeal, eggs, fruits and juices, hot and cold beverages, waffles, yogurt and local specials.
