It is on the National Register of Historic Homes, and has five deluxe rooms, each a different decor theme. Because of our size we are able to provide guests with far more personal service and attention than they would get at a larger hotel. Pettigru Place operates as *Pettigru Place - A Small Business Inn
- from Sunday through Thursday, with all amenities that appeal to business travelers such as attractive corporate rates, early breakfasts, flexible cancellations and all other amenities that appeal to business travelers. Since the innkeepers lived in Europe and Asia for nearly 20 years, and have an excellent appreciation of other cultures, it is an ideal place for international travelers coming to Greenville on business. It*s an ideal location for small retreats and meetings. On Friday and Saturday, Pettigru Place becomes a Bed and Breakfast with leisurely late breakfasts that appeal to those there for birthdays, anniversaries, romantic getaways, honeymoons, weddings and/or visits to college students and relatives. On weekends there can be showers and luncheons, and very small weddings are held in the garden or inside.
