The Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax features 149 well-appointed guest rooms, a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and 8000 square feet of function space, specializing in weddings of up to 160 people, as well as other banquets and corporate meetings. The hotel will also have an indoor heated pool, exercise room, and business center.

Guest rooms include a large work desk, ergonomically designed chair, adjustable desk light, two telephones with data ports, two phone lines with conferencing and speaker options, high speed internet connection, and desk-height electrical outlet. All guest rooms also feature irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, On Command Movies and a Sony Play Station. The Business Center and Laundry services are also available to hotel guests.
