Enjoy the 28 miles of scenic paths around the lake or take a ride on one of our Duffy boats. Plan your next meeting or social function in our lakeview conference and banquet facilities. Our Dining Room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a tempting array of regional selections. And, you can catch a bite to eat at the Sunset Bar & Grill out by the pool. King Suite:  This two level townhouse style suite features an entry level kitchenette, living room with sofabed, dining area and half bath. On the lower level, a king size bed with a patio overlooks the lake. Maximum occupancy 4. Smoking or nonsmoking.
The Queen suites are two levels, with the living room being on the entry level. The living room is equiped with a kitchenett, full size sleep sofa, 1/2 bath, T.V., telephone, desk and a dinning area. Also there is free direct internet access using a T-1 line in the living room area ( your laptop must have a ethernet card in order to use this feature). The bedroom is located above the living room area and is set-up with a Queen size bed, full bath, T.V., telephone, and a private balcony overlooking the lake.

Directions from Downtown Richmond:  From Downtown Richmond: Take Powhite Parkway south (rt. 76) to Route 288 south. Take first exit from 288 to Route 360 west (Hull Street Rd) and continue to second traffic light. Take a right into Harbour Pointe of Brandermill, there is a Bank of America on the corner. Follow road to the bank and at the top of the hill will be the Inn.
Directions from Richmond International Airport:  Take I-64 west toward Richmond. Take left exit to I-95 south and following 3/4 mile to Downtown Expressway (195). Follow 195 to Powhite Parkway South (Rt 76.) Take Powhite Parkway south (rt. 76) to Route 288 south. Take first exit from 288 to Route 360 west (Hull Street Rd) and continue to second traffic light. Take a right into Harbour Pointe of Brandermill, there is a Bank of America on the corner. Follow road to the bank and at the top of the hill will be the Inn.

The outdoor pool at the Brandermill Inn is a great place to be during the spring, summer and fall. Enjoy the use of the pool during those warm day's and on those cool day's enjoy reading a book or having a small meeting outside on one of two decks that over look the 1700 acre lake. During the summer time enjoy Sunset Bar and Grille for a cocktail or some steam shrimp. During the spring and summer the Inn offers Live Entertainment outside on the party deck.

The Inn servers Breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 10:30am and from 8:00am to 10:30am on Saturday and Sunday's.
Recreation Information:  The Brandermill features 6 conference rooms, indoor exercise room, jacuzzi and sauna, tennis or raquetball available for a fee, golf priviledges at Birkdale..Rivers Bend..Mill Quarter and The Crossing. Banquet and room service available, fine or casual dining and an outdoor swimming pool. Canoeing, swimming, jogging, biking and hiking are all available from Brandermill.
While at the Inn take a tour of the lake in one of our Duffy electric boats. Size range from 16ft upto 21ft.
